Shipping
All orders are shipped from our facility in Texas using UPS or FedEx. International orders (Canada and Mexico) may have extra taxes/duties that are not included. If you need a specific courier, please let us know before ordering. Orders typically take 24-48 hours to print and ship during business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). After shipping, delivery usually takes 3-7 days, with most customers receiving their print in 8-12 days. We allow up to 15 days for delivery, but delays may occur due to bad weather.
If your print doesn’t get a tracking or delivery update after 10 days (assuming the address was correct), we’ll send a priority replacement. If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must file a claim with the courier. FedEx or UPS can often locate the missing package, and we may provide a replacement if the courier acknowledges their error. We handle these situations case by case.
We cannot cover or replace items stolen after delivery is confirmed. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll wait for it to arrive back, update your address, and resend it. Returned shipments take longer to reach our fulfillment center.
Return Policy
All our prints and canvases are made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong orders, incorrect sizes, or changes of mind. If your print is damaged during shipping, please send clear photos of the damage to info@nfosterstudios.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll gladly send you a replacement. We can't offer replacements for damages reported after 30 days, so please check your order right after it arrives!
Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel your order, please contact us right away at info@nfosterstudios.com. We send out orders quickly and cannot change or cancel them after the order has gone to print. If you need to update your address, let us know immediately, as we can't change it once the package has shipped.
